Between 8:00 AM and 12:18 PM PST on February 12, SalesAI Assistant responses displayed as unformatted text blocks, making them difficult to read. This affected all assistant chat queries and signal drill-ins.

Our engineering team identified a degraded infrastructure endpoint and rerouted traffic to stable alternatives. The issue is now resolved, and all SalesAI responses are displaying properly.

No data was lost, and no action is required from customers.
